Slight CSS change on Twenty Ten theme

by Joe Kuan

Just found out a new theme, Twenty Ten. A very nice theme has a very similar look to my another favourite theme, Cutline. However, there is a slight CSS alignment problem (the bottom of the page menu covered some of the first blog entry and the first widget). As I have already purchased the WordPress’s Custom CSS package which allows me to overwrite the theme’s CSS.

Here is the additional CSS changes to adjust the font size and layout. The important bit is overflow change from hidden to visible in the ‘main’ element.

#access {
margin-bottom:26px;
}

#main {
overflow:visible;
}

#content {
margin-right: 200px;
}

#content .entry-title {
font-size:19px;
}

#content p {
margin-bottom:15px;
}

.hentry {
margin-bottom:30px;
}

#primary, #secondary {
width: 240px;
}

    How would one reduce the space between the main header image and all the content below it? I’m looking to make it about half what it is.
    thanks.
